According to PWPD info I found online:

Parking permits and vouchers in order to park your car in any of the commuter parking lots between the hours of 6 a.m. and 3 p.m., Mondaythrough Friday. These lots are free at allother times, including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
There is no overnight parking allowed.
All commuter parking lots are closed from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. every day in order to allow maintenance work to be performed

You will get a ticket if you leave it overnight in the lot. I would suggest maybe renting a spot from a homeowner nearby or finding a spot on the street (most of the on-street parking in the neighborhoods surrounding the station is restricted during the day, but not overnight). Check the signs to make sure.

If you drive around long enough you will eventually find a spot on a side street, but it could take some time and you will probably have to walk a ways. Look into renting a spot from someone.

You should be able to park on the street at night a few blocks away. Most of the restrictions are daytime because they don't want commuters parking on streets, but nightime should not be a problem. Check the signs.

There's ample street parking in the area. The only parking restrictions are around the station during the daytime to prevent commuters and HS students from abusing the parking. It's not the city

Theoretically, you could just go around ringing doorbells until somebody accepts your offer, but realistically, you'd have to know somebody in the area.

Where exactly do you work? Maybe the N23 bus serves your job. Either that, or you can try to find a local car service to take you from the station to work and then carpool back to the station with a coworker.
