I had no issues with management when i was there. They took care of everything pretty fast. We had an invasion of those red ants one time, called the emergency number at night. Got a call back that night saying they'd be there tomorrow morning and just empty out the cabinets where they were. Ants gone the next day.
I should say we lost our security deposit, but that was our fault as we broke our lease early, its almost impossible to tie a closing date to a house to match up with your lease. It wasnt even close where I could say ok, we'll just pay rent and not be there. It was like 6 months difference.
