OK, so does anyone know the deal with this creepy place? I pass it everyday. Sometimes it looks lively, sometimes it looks totally abandoned. It was boarded up for like a month, then tonight 3 of the rooms had lights on. Sometimes I see tables set up by the windows. Is it just open for special events or something? It's def not a working hotel and I can't imagine who would want to stay there anyway. I'm kinda curious about it though- if anyone can shed some light. Here 4 years and no one seems to know.

Thanks!

It's listed for sale. It says it is presently being used a college seminary. Listed at just under $10 million.
