First off I want to thank this forum and it's members. I have gotten such good information from here. It has really helped me in my house hunting. With that being said I want to know if anyone has any information on the tulipwood section of commack. I'm going into contract on a home on tulipwood dr. The neighborhood looks great but I'm just curious as to what people think of the area. Any information at all would be appreciated
is that the area by building blocks preschool? if it is-which i think it is-its a great area-only a few minutes from lie and sidewalk community-when we first moved back to long island 15 years ago we tried to find a house there but kept getting bid out-
I live in Commack. Tulipwood is a very nice area. Downside is would be homes on Deepdale and Parkway Drive S. get noise from roadways but you will not get that on Tulipwood. Easy access to the Northern State is a plus. Wood Park and Sawmill are very nice schools. Welcome to The Mac!
Thanks. I look forward to moving. We are coming from bayside queens so it will be a big change. The are a does look nice and well maintained. I was just making sure.
So much to do in the immediate area. Hoyt Farm right on NEw Highway. Blydenburgh on Wets in Hauppauge. A great park to walk through. They have a dog park there as well. Sunden Meadow has nice trails and I ride my bike there on the boardwalk in the off season.
Hi, I will also be moving to Tulipwood in the next week or so. We are closing on our house tomorrow. Interesting that you are moving from Bayside as we are moving from Whitestone :-)
