LIRR Mineola - Parking $ (Huntington: how much, to move, commuting)

I am looking to move from Huntington to Mineola. If you are a resident of Mineola, is there a commuter parking permit? If so, how much does it cost?

The only rate I see online is a $6/day short term fee and $12/day long term.

Surely there is a different rate for commuting residents, no?
