Years back, I did this very thing. Since my buyer's agent didn't pick up my call and I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to see a house, I had the listing agent show it to me. It created an uncomfortable situation. My agent straightened it all out later on and I suppose she was really bothered that I went ahead and did that. In my case, I should have just waited for my agent to return my voicemail. Although I wasn't contracted to her, I wanted HER to be the one to present my offer and negotiate on my behalf, instead of just dealing directly with the seller's agent (who was an ahole, btw). I created a lot of confusion by having one agent show me the house and then wanting a different one (mine) to put in my offer. As a side note: 6 months of annoying negotiations on that property made me lose interest in it.

My advice: If you LIKE your agent and want HER to be the one to deal with the listing agent on your behalf, just wait. Realistically, no one is going to snap that property up in one weekend. If your agent can't give you an appointment to see it in the coming week, however, then I think it's fair to tell her that's unacceptable and find a different agent... Good luck!

If the listing agent won't show under those conditions, they are probably a problem to deal with anyway.
I like this idea, too. If he has taken you out for weeks then you've probably seen a lot of houses, and you can let the listing agent know you are working with a buyer's agent when you go see that one. Also, based upon the fact that you have seen so many houses, what is the probability that this will be "the one"?

OP should be sure that her agent is indeed a buyer's agent.
The copy of the Agency Disclosure would clearly show what his relationship is in the representation.

Thanks everyone. It turned out to be a non-issue - the house had contracts signed already, even though it was still listed as "Active."
