I'm full of starting new threads today, but I need advice on dealing with this sticky situation.
I saw a house listing a few months back and it looks like they had let it expire, but now it's back and they've lowered the price.
It's only been back on the market a couple of weeks and would like to go see the house ASAP. We've been our every weekend with our Buyer's Agent for about a month, but this weekend, he says he doesn't have time for us (he's busy and it's mother's day).
My question is - how can I see this house without him? I realize if we go see the house with the listing Agent, he'll likely not be able to get his commission if we wind up submitting an offer, but I'm not willing to risk it and wait until he's available (he has limited availability during the week).

Ask your agent if perhaps one of his associates could be available to take you as this property. Explain you have a keen interest and are afraid of losing it again. Going with the listing agent would not be right unless they understand that any offer would come through your agent.
If the agent has taken you out for 4 weekends, I'd ask them to set up the appointment and bring their card with you....make sure the listing agent knows you are represented..to me that's ethical if someone has spent time with you. If the listing agent won't show under those conditions, they are probably a problem to deal with anyway.
Are you actually contracted with this agent in that you must use him as an agent? I contracted with one when I was home buying and I recall I wasn't able to go out without him unless it was an open house and I had to bring his realtor card with me to give to the realtor hosting the open house event. However, I do believe that when he couldn't take us one time, he called the selling realtor and made the appt for us to go with that realtor but our actual agent was still involved if we decided we wanted to go forward. Maybe you can work something like that so you can get to see the house sooner?

This sounds good to do. Your agent should set it up anyway
I agree with SIB, dman and Elke...LOL - I have NEVER heard of an agent saying they don't have time for a client. You really need a new one. You've never said if you signed something with this guy - I hope you didn't.
contracted with your agent (would last maybe 6 months) - get his card and go yourself
otherwise, go yourself and find a new agent after
