First time home buyer here. Almost in contract. Wandering what the general price range for homeowners insurance in East Rockaway. I'm on the border of Lynbrook, so i am not in the flood zone. Just looking for general insurance, nothing crazy. How much we looking and any advice? Thanks alot!

With limited information, I'd say figure $1,200 and up...
Oh and yes, credit score now also figures into the equation.
