Sometimes I feel like, maybe we should just stay where we are and continue the same lifestyle and not pay so much for mortgage and taxes...
I hope there is a support group for these things. YIKES!!!!

Live within your means! Plain and Simple!
If you can afford it, do it. If you cannot, DON'T. With buying a home, you WILL have repairs to do, even after getting a home inspection, believe me. Sometimes they are expensive and even the small repairs will add up. So always plan with the worst in mind and only then see if you can afford it and if so, then great. If not, live within your means. That's my advice.
