Oceanside residents rally

After watching the above video carefully - what do you notice?

I am not a Kate Murray fan but that woman attacking her was way over the top and accomplishes nothing, good to see the best of LI with volunteers giving out food to residents.

I have seen many politicians screaming at LIPA trying to distance themselves, rather than take ownership of their part of the problem. The Town of Hempstead needed to hire electrical experts to inspect homes because they didn't have anyone qualified, they are part of the problem and should be the last people to be pointing fingers. Even if LIPA had the power ready to go residents in the flooded areas would still be without power if they can't get inspections. Doing away with the inspections would be a big mistake, just one fire that injures or kills a rersident and the process will come to a stop.

I have to admit, that woman attacking Murray was creepy freaky.

On another note, I feel for the people of Oceanside. I couldn't imagine what they're going through. I'm hoping LIPA turns on their electric real soon and they're able to get their homes repaired before the freezing cold of winter sets in.

Let me preface my comments by saying I've never had the pleasure of being to Oceanside and I don't have any plans on adding a visit to my bucket list.

As I watched that this video this morning - after I stopped laughing - I had two thoughts:
1) All of the individuals screaming like foul-mouth hysterical animals were WOMEN
2) IF the women in the video are at all representative of the women in the area - Oceanside must surely be a mecca for single men looking to find good women to take to monster truck rally's, hog/boar hunting, and WWE events

Since you are southbound, rest assured, you will learn all about that without setting foot in Oceanside.
