The real answer is "wherever you want!"

OP heard the people of Malverne are racist? Who spewed that kind of toxic misinformation?

It's one thing to be proud of your heritage and want to live in a community that supports the culture, but the way you asked the question looks like you're afraid of being judged by the color of your skin.

What year is this!?
It might surprise you to learn that most people prefer to live among their own races/ethnic groups. Perhaps the OP wants to know where the most Indians are so he can not feel like a colonist in a sea of whites/blacks/hispanics.

White people baffle me sometimes. Not everything is about you.

What's baffling is the fact that you think I'm white.

And yes, I know you didn't explicitly state that you think I'm white, but you response heavily suggest it. If you didn't mean so, then please elaborate on what you really meant.

No where............ You will just have to take part in town meetings and make sure they do not divide the neighborhood. Otherwise SunnySide ( Ironically ) might be what you want. Long Island is broken already. One you have to be out going to begin with and two somebody has to make an scarfice to make any sense out of that area. I feel stupid even thinking about it.

They don't "like" to say it, and usually don't. But if they had to choose out of the typical multiple choice, they have to say Asian.

From my experience, some say it to make the distinction between "Asian Indian" and "American Indian".
