Special Education in Commack School District (moving to, kindergarten, special needs)

Can anyone give me some input on special education programs in the elementary schools in Commack, specifically kindergarten? I have a 5 yr. old entering kindergarten in Sept. and I'm thinking of moving to the area. He's on the higher functioning end of the autistic spectrum.

Commack is an EXCELLENT school district. They have a great Special Ed program.
Why dont you call, and ask any questions you may have ? You should actually start looking into it now if you do plan to move here, so that all paperwork is done and your child gets all services he deserves.
