I wouldn't put too much faith in the "last activity" timestamp. The last post was almost a year ago. Other screen names the poster used have a similar pattern of posts ceasing after complaints were made, yet "activity" still shows long after there were presumably banned.
The sarcasm and ridicule only seemed to make matters worse in the past. While some may find it entertaining, if you really think it through and consider the most likely scenario, most responses are cruel.
The best course of action is to report inappropriate posts to the moderators. In the past, they have always taken swift action.
