Are any of these areas diverse? Most? Least? Not at all? By diverse I mean a mix of people.

Bethpage

Merrick

Bellmore

Wantagh

Babylon

Farmingdale

Thank you in advance!

Farmingdale has a lot of Hispanics.

The rest have a lot of shades of white.

Bethpage, Merrick, Bellmore and Wantagh are all very homogenous...almost all-white. Same goes for their northern counterparts...ex: north merrick, north bellmore, north wantagh, old bethpage. North bellmore is probably the most diverse out of this bunch but even NB is over 85% white.

Babylon is also very white but it's more diverse than all of the towns above. Neighboring North and West Babylon are even more mixed but are still mostly white....the neighborhood directly bordering wyandanch has always been majority black homeowners.

Farmingdale has a growing population of Hispanics. East Farmingdale is the most diverse out of the three. There is one little neighborhood near the Southern State Pkwy that is majority minority w/ everything there. South Farmingdale is probably the least diverse.

Hispanics are growing in numbers throughout and Muslims already have an established presence, there are even several mosques in the area.

All three of the Farmingdale's have a growing population of Hispanics. East Farmingdale is the most diverse out of the three. Thanks for all the info!
