Distance from fence for pool and pump TOB (Oyster Bay: safety, yard)

1. the distance requirements for a semi-above ground pool from property line/fence in Town of Oyster Bay?
2. how far a surrounding safety fence has to be from it.
3. how far the pool pumps have to be from property line (if there is even a requirement)
and while your reading this- if anyone has any info on permits/COs for a semi above ground ( or should I say semi in ground) It will not be deeper than 18".

I have an above ground TOB requires minimum distance for pool is 4 feet from property line. which is usually where your fence is, so if pool is in corner of yard 4 feet from each side. nothing for the pump and I'm pretty sure you don't need a safety fence for a semi in ground. pool permit I have no idea didn't need one for above ground
