If the drywall was allowed to dry and showed no signs of warpage or buckling, seam separation or whatever, you should be fine. If it was not primed with a stain blocking primer you may have residual staining bleed through at some point.

He didn't allow it to dry, my girlfriend was home when he got there and she asked if it was dry he said no it's a little wet and painted over everything, that was when he told her this apt has flooded more than once and this is all they have done in the past. Staining is already showing through not even 5 hours later in the bedroom. I also just noticed buckling in the floor outside the bathroom.
