We did look at some houses in Merrick Woods but the ones we saw had way to many huge trees around it. Now if I can only figure out the parking near the train station. It doesn't make sense to me to be there before 7am for parking since I don't start work until 9:30 and I'm just steps away from penn station. Unless I go to a nearby gym workout take a shower and go hmmmmmm....

X does not require flood insurance.

The huge trees are what makes Merrick Woods charming. Different strokes, I guess.

Don't have a problem with trees but these were all over the property. The house was surrounded by huge trees which were very close to each other. Other houses in the area we not like that.
