It passed with no mention of problems.
Other than an aging water heater, Now not covered.

Agreed.My comment was in regards to the cost vs service rendered. No real inspection was done, Didn't expect service.
For the $300+, This was a Home disservice.
Contract will be cancelled and will find a plumber to repair and maintain.
