For those of you have gas heat, how much is your bill typically for winter months. My bill for January is $201 and Im not sure if that's high or not.

My bill was $200. We have an unfinished basement so it gets cold plus I am home all day so the heat is always on.

200 January which was my highest and included those 2 freezing weeks. That’s also including dryer, cooktops, and gas fireplace. Typical winter bill around 150

Yup just over $200. It was constantly running because of the bitter cold. Last year this time it was about $180.

Has anyone gone through the conversion process from oil to nat gas? Could you share your experience from soup to nuts and the total cost?

OK thanks, ours is measured off the meter in Ccf (The volume of 100 cubic feet), Therms (1 Therm equals 100,000 Btu). I'm not sure how to convert them
