Yup it's bad that people use it as their own personal cruising lane @ 55/60mph when everyone else is doing 75. It's not that hard or dangerous to go 70+ on a freeway people.

Then why did you respond about people passing, aka changing lanes? You weren't talking about the HOV lane either.
Something wrong with your reading comprehension or you or mixing up my posts with others. You are making my point. I like hov because people can’t use it for changing lanes. Thus making it safer.
I've seen people totally whack bugging out driving behind somebody doing like 65 in the HOV lane. And also see people crossing in and out of the HOV lane where they shouldn't.
I wouldn't say plenty. They go 50, I go 50. They go 90, I go 90......is just.plain dumb. With all due respect.
