While I can't recommend a company, I suggest that you call your local town and ask what the requirements are so you will have that info. While the pool company should know them, if you have a telephone/electric pole nearby that can be a problem. Not insurmountable, but it will add time and especially now with diminished crews it may not be a very quick process. You will of course need permits and that too may take some time.

Not to burst your bubble but I don't think they will allow any contractor to put in a pool during this shut down.
