completed basement- how much higher taxes? (school, property tax, property)

Anyone recently completed a basement and can give us some ball park increase in taxes based on location, sq footage, and with or without bathroom additions?


Was wondering if it's worth it to help children with places to play. Not sure if it will increase only property tax or school taxes as well? And by how much

What is $0, anyone getting a permit for a basement is nuts. No permit = no tax hike.

I would do an unpermitted basement without a bathroom. And for a play area, not a bedroom.
