For the last few years I have enjoyed very much going to Kirk Park Beach in Montauk by car.
I am not a resident.
I was planning on going Sunday.
Am I still able to park, for free, at Kirk Park Beach, and if not, am I able to get a day pass for that beach, or any other Montauk or nearby EH ocean beach?
Kirk Park is still free. The Town of EH beaches are not, and they will ticket you almost immediately to the tune of $125 if you park there without a town permit.

Hither Hills State Park, just west of town right at the junction of NY27 and Old Montauk Highway . There is a large parking lot at the campsite area, another one up the hill overlooking the ocean. Beautiful beach, open to all. Ten dollars if you don't have an Empire Pass.
Clean locker rooms with showers.
Trust me on this.
