West Babylon? what's it like? (North Babylon, Wyandanch: schools, to move, park)

West Babylon is good area, only issues are its close to Wyandanch but other than not really anything I can think of that bad about West Babylon, your also not far from the water, and Venetian Park is very nice
WB isn’t like Babylon Village, but it’s a nice suburb. Which part are you looking at as it starts north of the Belmont Ave Southern State area by the park where the west side of Belmont Ave is WB but North Babylon schools and heads down around Bergen Point.
Why would I sell now? I’m not ready to move yet wether it’s a hot market or not.
