I'm looking to have a 7 Zone Mini split with heat pump installed in my house. I have an old Victorian style home so the installation (mostly the running of the lines) will need to be kind of "creative". I'm wondering if anyone had something similar installed in their home recently and would be willing to share with me what they paid (and who they used). Two years ago I had a single zone Mitsubishi 18K BTU unit installed in my attic (which was finished so it's essentially a 3rd floor) and it cost me $6500 in total (which I now think was very high). I am hoping to keep this project under $20K Thank you in advance

Yeah, I've seen the cost of the system around that online. My worry is the installation cost. I'm not much of a handyman and even If I was I don't think this is a job I would do myself lol.

The installation is easy. Just run the cables inside the house from the AC. The only thing the expert needs to do is put in the Freon once you are done.

We put in 3 units last year for $8750 and got a $700 rebate. We used a Mitsubishi Diamond dealer which means Mitsubishi gives you the 12 year warranty.

We love it and were very happy with our installer. ( Art from A&R Technical in Levitown)
