That’s why I said some villages. It depends on where they all have different requirements.

It is also true that there seems to be a rash of violence in the city and cops are in greater danger. (One imagines the failed experiments regarding bail reform, reduced sentences, ending stop and frisk, ignoring quality of life violations, permitting violent marchers, etc. will be yanked by the new mayor … hopefully it is not too late)

I'm all for ending bail reform and reduced sentences - the justice system is a revolving door and if I were a cop, I'd be mad as all hell to see some guy I locked up yesterday, back on the street today!
Stop-and-frisk is another entity. It's unconstitutional, and a violation of fourth amendment rights. No, I'm not an advocate of stop-and-frisk.
