My daughter just got married and her and her husband want to settle in Nassau county. Can anyone recommend any safe nice areas to look for a house ? Good school district, low crime & young families
Garden City may be a good fit. Like many other villages in Nassau County, the schools are highly regarded, and the police do a good job maintaining safe neighborhoods. It has a lovely village pool complex and lots of local parks for the kids. The village has a nice mix of restaurants and stores and is close to major shopping malls and the Meadowbrook Parkway. Worth taking a look if your daughter's family can afford it.

I have been prepping for the past year. Ponte Vedra Beach FL may be new early retirement. Will be happy to take my wealth to FL if Hochul gets elected.

Garden City is beautiful but some of those houses are way expensive. She’s looking for something around 700,000.
