How much are the taxes there?

The condos in Nob Hill are very nice - management does a good job!

Common charges for a 2 BR are about $400 and taxes around $4,000 (although I've seen some units with lower taxes). School District is Connetquot.

That sounds like the South Side. They got sued by the North Side for underpaying for years.

The North Section has taxes around $2000 and MTC around $360, which is why they sell for about 10K more for a similar unit.
