I heard it existed but like Crooks said,the city is probably your best bet or doing google searches. I guess if that were my cup of tea,i'd not more.Sorry.
Well, we all do know that Manhattan has it's own scene going on... but we're not talking small suburbs here. Even bars in Huntington that used to exist with big crowds now no longer exist... where did it all go (wrong)?
Well as we've talked about here before, the Island had a big straight music and club scene, and that's mostly gone. I'd guess the gay scene was hit even harder with AIDS and all that. I'd also think an aging population may have something to do with a decline in the number of all kinds of clubs.
The whole nightlife scene on Long Island died down.. with the bad economy a lot of the old clubs closed. Most of the clubs on Long Island I went when i was younger are long gone. Even in the city most of those places closed down due to extacy. I personally rather take the train into the city then hit up the crappy bars around here.

Its true. I used to a show every other month on long island and I cant even remember the last show I did. You have to go to NYC or the outter boroughs for the the night life.
