$0. I got in trouble with credit card debt years ago when I was a puppy, and once you teach me a lesson, I don't make the same mistake! If I don't have the money for something, I can't have it - at least until I can save up for it!

Mortgage debt - now that is another topic - but since it is close to bedtime, I would rather not give myself nightmares!!
