I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Marina del Rey. I have been looking for the last few weeks and have been pulling my hair out because I can't seem to find the right place at the right price. My budget is $1600 to $1800 per month. Mariner's Village is a property that I am considering but before I sign a lease I want to make sure I haven't overlooked any other great places. Also, the online reviews of Mariner's Village are not very positive so I'm a bit skeptical. Any thoughts or recommendations?

although pricey, the archstone complex is very nice and well located. there's also a complex on palawan that is a bit cheaper and had pretty decent specials if you sign a year long lease. also check the marina tower apartments on washington, great views!!! $1800 seems to be the starting point for 1br apartments in the area, so hopefully you're open to staying at the high end of your budget range.

Thanks for your reply! I will look into Archstone, and if you remember the apartment on Palawan please let me know. Meanwhile, I will try to find it. Thanks again!
