The neighborhoods have lots of character.

Belmont Shore, Belmont Heights, Naples and the Peninsula are very expensive beach towns with shops / restaurants to walk to.

Park Estates, Virginia Country Club, and Bixby Knolls are expensive suburb type areas.

Most of East Long Beach is middle to upper middle class suburb stuff.

Downtown is a gentrifying area that has good nightlife and increasingly is a place to live, work, and play. Lots of investment down there and potential due to it's proximity to the ocean.

I haven't spent much time in other parts of LB. By reputation North and West LB are not that nice and have crime problems.
what are the boundaries of north and west LB?

What are yalls opinons on long beach, culver city, west hollywood, and inglewood? Also if there are any other nice areas please tell me about them! Thanks!
did you see the answers in the other thread where you posted this question? (why the repeat?)
