LOL, you are joking right? What does Panorama City Have? Nothing! It is one of the ugliest parts in the valley and if you don't believe me drive down Van Nuys Blvd. and I guarantee you'll want to kill yourself on how depressing the scenery is. BTW, Sun Valley does have nice homes above Glenoaks & near Foothill. I can't think of a single nice part of Panorama City. Even the mall is depressing, it's like one big giant Swap Meet.

I agree with N-Dawgg, Sun Valley is 100 times better the Panorama City. I used to own a condo in Sun Valley on Glenoaks right across the street from a huge nursery. I would never ever ever ever live in Panorama City.

Sun Valley on Glenoaks borders Burbank. On that part, you cant really tell where Burbank ends and SV begins. There are some bad parts of Sun Valley which actually begins just north of Sherman Way on Vineland, but near the foot of the hills on the Glenoaks side, its not bad at all.
