Just saw on the news people are waiting 45 minutes in line to get a Carl's Jr burger at the first store to open in Houston. Is it really worth the wait? They say 40 of them are soon to open here.

In the rest of the US, Carl's is called Hardees. We had Hardees in Huntsville, AL. Tastes the same to me.

The double Western Bacon cheeseburger is a beautiful thing to behold, especially with an order of zucchini.

"Three $1 Stars please, extra, extra, extra, extra, extra, extra, extra onions. And a large water."

They don't make money off me.

Though it is owned by the same company running Hardees, the menus are a bit different.

Opinions are like........ I'm not sure what makes in and out overrated other than being popular. Carls Jr. is disgusting like McDonald's and is not fresh like In and Out. There is nothing on Carls Jr. Menu that can come close to a double double animal style. Bracing for impact...

I don't know that I would wait in a long line to eat at Carl's Jr, but their food is sinfully good. The fries aren't that great.

My friend just came down to California after moving to Austin a few years ago, he was really craving Carl's Jr, which he doesn't have over there. We have Carl's Jr at every corner, so I guess I take it for granted.
