Need help for info on what i need to know to have a great bonfire at Huntington Beach next Sat. What time do we need to get there to get a pit? Anything else we need to know. We are planning to take things for smores, drinks,etc..Thanks~

get there early, parking spots and fire pits get taken quickly.

dockweiler, just be weary of the potential gang element that rolls in on occasion. avoid like the plague on july 4.

Remember H.B has a lengthly beach, and you can get the bonfires up to bolsa chica.

Saturdays you should expect to show up shortly after 1-2pm if you want to find a good pit for a large group. If it's a small group you can show up later in the day and find a straggler pit here and there. If you don't want to do anything yourself and have everything set up for you including food and goodies and your own butler, check out [URL="http://www.mysunsetmemories.com"]www.mysunsetmemories.com[/URL] Great idea for families on the run!

Going to Bolsa Chica circumvents that problem mostly
