So as some of you know i came to cali to look for a job and a house i found a job that i start the end of the month and i'm getting alot of offers for different apartments a few in cc, and sm i also was told about the ''Simpson Avenue Apartments'' in north hollywood i'm not familiar with this particular area and was wondering how it is and if anyone knows about this particular condo facility.

I'm sure you've been reading some of the postings regarding North Hollywood. North Hollywood encompasses a large area. Some parts are great/highly desirable and others not so much. It looks like the apartments you reference above are in the 91605 zip code.

Is your job going to be located in North Hollywood? If so, the more desirable zip codes are 91601, 91602, and 91607. There are plenty of great apartments within these 3 zips. If your job is in CC or SM, then that's going to be one heck of a drive.

Yeah it's in sm but i don't mind the drive because well i just don't lol. So look in those zip codes cool thanks
