I find it amusing people who DON'T live here in Los Angeles are getting on someone planning to move to DTLA for asking about smog in DTLA. What?

TunaBoy, you're overthinking things. People survive breathing Los Angeles air every day.

That was my basic point. There's no way for him to tell whether he will like Downtown LA until he goes there. He's been there before in the past, now he'd have to go there to again to decide whether it's worth it for him to live there.

It's not a question ANYONE can answer for him.
