Long Beach, Los Alamitos Seal Beach are great Areas, Close to the beach, and teperatures are very pleasant.

I am also a RE agent and would love to help you out.

Which one is better? I have an appointment to view them on saturday but I want to hear from you all to see what I need to consider.

I think Cypress is probably the best value for the money, especially if schools are important.

Try Norwalk or La Mirada. Nice places, I always thought. Downey is worth looking into also.
