Yes. My two millennials are different as night and day. One does like living in a walkable part of LA, the other wants land and trees and a house.

Well, yeah, I never said I lived in Pasadena during high school. Although, there were kids coming to WH from East L.A., but they were being bussed in.

With this population growth, I can imagine most homes even in poor neighborhoods selling for a million.

Yep. The only way this happens is if those poor neighborhoods gentrifying and revitalizing. "Poor" people aren't going to spend a mil on a home.

Population density is increasing and vacancy rates are dropping. That can't be good for affordability.
