Pretty nuts .
15 arson cases just between march and July ?

---
BURBANK >> Police Wednesday said they have arrested a 42-year-old homeless man suspected of igniting a series of fires in Glendale and Burbank.

Detectives began investigating a series of fires in the south portion of Glendale, beginning in March 2017, when the fires were mostly confined to stand-alone garbage containers, dumpsters and debris, said Tahnee Lightfoot of the Glendale Police Department.

New fires were set in northwest Glendale as the investigation continued, with 15 arson cases identified from March through July.

Glad they caught him. And if they're smart they'll round up all the crazy street people and give the whole lot of them the bum's rush (literally) out of there. In the meantime, the LAPD totally sucks at doing this. I recently found out that a neighbor of mine had called the LAPD dozens of times on this one crazy we had living in our neighborhood and the LAPD were worthless in the matter.

I'm guessing there must of been some warning signs with this guy too . But I was thinking if this happened in LAPD jurisdiction , in the city of L.A would the guy ever have been caught?

It just seems that LAPD officers are told by the higher ups to just ignore anything the homeless do.
It's just waiting for a tragedy to happen . What if that crazy person ended up attacking one of the neighbors? It seems the city could be sued for negligence.

There have been quite a few cases of homeless attacking or killing people . I'd really like to know what the crime rate is upon the homeless .
But I guess this sanctuary city doesn't keep tabs on the crimes committed by homeless or illegal aliens .
