Does anyone actually watch these clips of Garcetti pandering and believe he is being genuine or sincere?..
I'm sure Garcetti celebrated Kwanzaa growing up too along with Christmas and Hanukkah. Just because he's so cool and diverse like that..

I've met people who celebrate Kwanzaa before but all of them celebrate Christmas as well. Only 2 percent of the US population celebrates it.

The only white people who gives speeches like that are closet racists who are scared of being discovered to be racist. I think a good nickname we should start using for him is KKK Grand Dragon Wizard Garcetti, because it certainly suits him after hearing that phoney speech he had others write for him to hide his closet racism. And given that illegal immigration hurts the African-American community the most, I'd say its pretty clear how Garcetti actually feels about black people.
