This afternoon John and Ken mentioned that the L.A. City Council in 2011 voted in favor of allowing public library patrons to watch porn because they believed it would violate the U.S. Constitution to not allow it. Which council members voted in favor of library porn?

Ask yourself, "Who or whom is behind pornography?"

My first response is to shake my head at this, but then I wonder if it is a tactic to avoid some sort of legal battle that other cities have faced. Organizations sometimes make these rules/pass legislation to avoid litigation from lawyers looking to make milllions from the government. Stupid? Yes. Constitutional...maybe Not.

They're already doing it. J & K played the audio of a report from Joel Grover about freaks watching porn in a library during the children's reading hour.

I have a friend who works in a library in Kansas. I've been giving her reports on these Joes Grover segments. She's astounded and shocked. The homeless, the 5 million bucks to worthless cops, the porn. She said by fed law they can't show porn. I just told her LA laughs at the Feds.

Which federal law? BTW, isn't watching porn in the presence of minors a felony in municipal law?
