Holy moly, that was awful. BTW, what was Tony Villar's plan for "smart growth" again?

The 60 was horrible, too. But 10 and 57 freeways were behaving.

i got stuck on the 15 heading out to colorado on friday night for the holiday weekend.. traffic was terrible until victorville, then it was manageable, but still very busy until we got past vegas.

as far as the 405, i make it a point to rarely use it at all anymore because it just sucks from start to finish. drive to ikea or costco on saturday and sunday morning and you have a 50/50 chance of hitting traffic, what gives?

Wow I must have been lucky in Orange County then! Took the 57 from Brea to Katella only took about 15 minutes, then from Katella to the 5 to the 55 to 22nd in Costa Mesa and that was only about another 30 minutes. No complaints from me, but I do anything I can to avoid the 405!

Had an issue on the 134 heading west toward the 101 and the 405. Someone left their car in one of the lanes. It wasn't wrecked or anything. Their was a CHP car parked behind it with its lights on. We were coming back from the LA Zoo and ended up travaling at 10mph untill we were able to pass the abandoned car. If anyone knows what that was about please let me know.

Hopped on the 405 at the 105 at 1:45pm yesterday and had smooth sailing down to the 110. Same experience on the return trip at 8pm last night.
