I remember there was a guy from LAPD I think a captain that was posting these tent encampments on Twitter and saying how many of them are front for illegal activity like stolen bikes .

The high amount of rapes alone that occur in these tents should be reason enough for them not to exist .
I guess the #metoo movement doesn’t include homeless victims ?
