It is losing good, skilled, educated people. LA County is being replaced by uneducated, foriegn born people.
Be careful when you use newspapers to quote U.S. Census statistics. They tend to misquote and use slippery-slope arguments like the one you're using on me. When that article came out in various forms in 8 differnent papers, I visited the US Census site and examined the figures. Also, you must use all the accompanying data without injecting unfounded, biased personal opinions. Can you do that?

Were your ancestors educated Native Americans?
