Hi everyone!

I am relocating to LA for work and have narrowed down some places to call "home". I think what's best for my situation right now is to find a managed apartment complex...but I am getting such mixed reviews from online websites. I've looked at Archstone Studio City, Parc Pointe in Burbank, and others. I need to be close to Burbank and would love if anyone could point me in the right direction. Any apartments that you live at (or lived at) that you might recommend? Looking for a 2bd/2ba in a nice area.

Any suggestions/tips/etc. would be greatly appreciated!!

Dan

I would go with Studio City, lived there many years ago and loved it. Was just visiting the area last month and it is pretty much the same.

Burbank is nice, but Studio City has more to offer and the commute to Burbank wouldn't be bad.

I have heard that Archstone is a loud "party place" but I don't know first hand. I do know that Oakwood Toluca Lake (right near Burbank) is full of young kids and their parents trying to make it in the entertainment industry, so that could get annoying. We drove through Toluca Lake and I saw many smaller complexes that looked really nice.
