hi,
my work is centiry city and spouse works in city of orange. i intend to rent in torrance so that its a bit equidistant. are there any apartment communities with washer/dryer attached to unit. this is basically our only requirement but i am not able to find such an apartment in torrance. i checked rent.com apartments.com etc. ..the closest i am getting to torrance is in wilmington.apartment called summerwinds.any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

W&D in the unit is pretty rare especially in older apartments. You don't want to live in Wilmington. Have you looked into renting a privately owned townhouse? That'll give you a much better chance of having a W&D although it'll probably be in the garage.

It is more likely that an apartment complex will have an on-site laundry facility rather than an in-unit washer dryer.

i am not against living in wilmington but the reviews of summerwind apts were not good .so i am skipping it. i didnt find any other apts /townhome in torrance/wilmington. i prefer to rent from a management company and not a single landlord who is renting out his townhome .in Orange county many apts have washer/dryer in unit.are there any townhome communities managed by a company?we have those in irvine where i live currently.
