In general I am not saying that all these places are not that bad. What I am saying is that many places often perceived as the ghetto are not that bad (like West Adams). I concede that 66th and Normandie is the ghetto and that there is plenty there to keep away from. I appreciate your trying to level out the conversation too by the way

Calling people that live in lower income neighborhoods "riff-raff" is pretty much the epitome of being prejudiced.
Driving down Slauson by accident one time does not mean you have been exposed to poor people.
