Hey all. New in town (1 month). Whats the deal with all those road 'patches' (mostly in the right lanes). Is that temporary? Are they going to repave that area. I'm tired of all those bumps. I usually get in the left lane to avoid them, but I don't drive that fast so I wind up having to get back in the right lane cause someone wants to pass. No one would just leave the road like that permanently. Right????????

They must have heard us talking because I just saw a news story saying that they were going to start smoothing the road next week. The whole project is supposed to be done in October. We shall see
