If permitted to ask for recommendations on a good home inspector, I would like to do so. If anyone has had a good experience with one and could supply a recommendation I would appreciate it. Thanking you in advance for any input.

I have had good experiences referring 'all check' home inspection to my clients, as well as using them myself. They will also perform your termite inspection for you if you wish.

I used Eagle home inspection back in January and he was great (I can't think of his name though.... sorry!) but here's the number 966-5478.

Default Thank you both!

I have added these two referrals to my material and it will certainly help make my job easier. Thanks again.

They guy I put on there was very thorough and made sure to check every inch and would come back out to reinspect for free if things had to be fixed. I dunno if this matter to you or not but he is also a good Christian (friends of mine knew him from church) but whether that makes a difference or not, he's good at what he does.
